Have you ever shared something personal with someone and immediately thought "oh my gosh, why did I just say that??" (followed by an internal cringe)?? I've had that experience a lot throughout my life. In fact, earlier this week I had one of those moments and it really got me thinking...
Why are we so afraid to open up and be vulnerable?? What's the cost of sharing ourselves with others? What's the benefit of it? Those are just a few questions I answer in this episode!
I also share a strategy I use to help me feel less afraid, and more willing to share and connect with others.
