Feeling uncomfortable in your body may serve as short-term motivation for wanting to make changes. So say you put on an outfit in the morning, look in the mirror, and you’re just like…”ugh, I need to lose weight”. Maybe you try to eat healthier that morning, maybe you hire a coach that day, or maybe you even commit yourself to a really strict lifestyle change...because you’re trying to take action, right?

This week I’m excited to bring you our very first guest interview! I know I’ve been saying that I was going to start bringing guests on...and I meant it. It just took me a while!
Elsie B. is a relationship coach and podcast host who experienced a major wakeup call earlier this year when she discovered that her husband cheated on her. She found out right as we went into quarantine, which gave her plenty of time to reflect on everything that went down and decide on her next steps.
This episode is all about exploring the gray areas of infidelity. Is it an absolute deal breaker? Did Elsie and her husband decide to wake up, or break up? You’ll have to listen to the episode to hear Elsie’s story and find out.
